Our History

ACC Realty Miami specializes in the rental and sale of luxury property, commercial space as well as financial consulting to maximize the profitability of investors. ACC Realty was started by two childhood friends from Chicago, IL.Together they have had the opportunity to sell over $30 million in real estate in the last two years, over $10 million of which was located in Midtown Miami.

Angela Cieplevicz

Angela Cieplevicz leads her team in building long term relationships with their clients by offering in-depth financial analysis that evaluates the market and its trends. In addition, they can develop detailed marketing plans to maximize the exposure of every client's property to achieve top dollar. Angela graduated from Loyola University Chicago with honors and a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing. This provided the groundwork for her strong and successful career in real estate. Angela has over 15 years of successful sales experience that encompass all phases of the real estate cycle.

Christina Fernandez

Real Estate Sales Specialist

Christina Fernandez brings 12 years of experience in construction, accounting, finance and real estate. Christina was born and raised in Chicago, IL and attended Loyola University Chicago, where she obtained a degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and a minor in Finance. Christina's experience has been routed in corporate as well as independent consulting for a variety of real estate developers, architectural firms, private real estate investors and construction companies before finding her ACC Realty MIAMI. Christina's financial background assists clients in the overall decision process from the most affordable single family home, to cost analysis and return on your investment with a multiunit property.
